Garden Room
In this project we were asked to produce detailed construction drawings for the initial scheme drawn by an architect friend of the clients. An earlier porch type extension was demolished to make way for the new extension.
Two structural posts inside the glass perimeter walls take the weight of the copper panelled roof.
All the joinery is in douglas fir including the pair of double folding inner doors that separate the new extension from the lounge beyond. They were designed to nestle against the walls either side so that the new garden room could fully open into the lounge behind. All the timber items were constructed in our own workshops.
