A jigsaw puzzle-like birch ply framework with rectilinear upholstered cushions that comes apart to make a two piece suite. The cushions are different tones of green and module sizes so that different seating arrangements and silhouettes can be created. Completed summer 1998"
This piece was commisioned by Oliver Chapman, an architect we have worked on several projects with. Although intended as a prototype it saw real service in the architects own flat.
