Having specialised for so long in work of a very contemporary nature it is sometimes easy to overlook the fact that we also do the simple things well and within strict budgets and time constraints. These photos show an office refurbishment completed in Rose Street Lane North in Edinburgh.
The room had been used chiefly as a store and was dusty, dark and suffering from water penetration from the roof.
The work comprised floor repairs and carpeting. New three compartmental trunking and IT cabling. A new suspended cieling and lighting design. Window maintenance and full redecoration.
The contract was completed on time and within budget for the Edinburgh based property company Joint Properties
