Rental Property

For several years now Inscape has been working with the Edinburgh based properties company Joint Properties and their consultants Surveying Solutions renovating some of the domestic properties in their portfolio. To date we have worked on up to 30 separate contracts together.

All of the properties are within the central Edinburgh footprint and the extent of the renovation work varies depending on the condition of the property to begin with. Although generally the properties we deal with are in poor condition and often haven't had any serious work done to them for around 20 years.

All the properties are brought up to the same high standard of finish. They are let as part furnished with carpets, curtains and kitchen appliances supplied and fitted by Inscape.
