These are images of a new front entrance to commercial premises, Inscape renovated at No. 132 Rose Street in Edinburgh.

This is the fourth project we have been involved with in this busy shopping thoroughfare at the back of Princess Street.

We worked with Surveying Solutions, Scotland's largest firm of chartered surveyors for the property group, Joint Properties.

It is one of more than 40 commercial and domestic properties we have remodeled in collaboration with Surveying Solutions in the last five years.

In this case the existing entrance concrete step was broken out and a solid timber doorway was removed. A marble tiled and ramped entrance plat was reinstated in its place and a new glass entrance screen fitted.

Light sensitive entrance lighting was installed for added security and the entrance piers were clad in granite.

The video intercom was upgraded and new internal decoration completed the project.
