Work has begun on site building a new garden room at West Stanhope Place in Edinburgh.
Acting on a brief from the clients, Gareth Jones from our office has designed an ingenious garden room which will feature curved double glazed sliding doors opening out the garden room into the garden area.
The extension will also contain an office area from which the clients will operate their own businesses
The rear stone wall of the property will be substantially demolished so that the new garden room will fully connect with the main house. The work will also comprise a bespoke kitchen and the cabinetry of the kitchen will flow into the garden room and into the office space beyond. We are also designing a new shower room which will be situated below the main stair of the house in a former storage area.
