Inscape have successfully negotiated a new contract to undertake a major refurbishment of a ground floor garden apartment in Oswald Road, Edinburgh.
Malcolm Fraser Architects have completely redesigned the layout of the flat by creating a new master bedroom suite and spacious garden room. The location of these rooms has been reversed on the original plan so the living accommodation now lays at the opposite end of the flat and faces onto the rear garden. The new garden room will also benefit from the creation of a near frameless glass box window built out into the garden.
The contract is scheduled for five months and has already started on site.
