Inscape have successfully negotiated a contract for extensive renovation works to a large house in Edinburgh's Morningside district.
The bulk of the work will comprise the modernisation of the groundfloor kitchen dining area to create a single garden room where four large glass panels cut into the existing building's exterior walls will increase the house's connection with the garden.
We will be working with architects Baxter, Clark & Paul, engineers Vivion McMahon and quantity surveyors McLeod & Aitken.
The contract will run until October of this year.
